Benefit Eye/Ear Protection Plan provides Plan owners a saving over 100 doctor,clinic,hospitals from %5 to %40 within the Benefit service network
There is no number limitation in using the plan.
By going to one of the Optician Stores or Eye/Ear-care organizations in the Benefit service network with your BenefitCard, show your BenefitCard to the person in attendance. He/she will enter the information on your Card to the on-line computer system and you will immediately be entitled to previously negotiated prices. The price you will pay will either be the price fixed for you or the discounted price applicable for that need. Discounts will be also applicable for many different brand and types of prescribed drugs
Because the Benefit Eye/Ear Protection Plan is not an Insurance there are no damages forms that you must complete nor any waiting period.
How Does the Plan Work?

How will you use the Benefit Eye/Ear Protection Plan ?
Select one of the Eye/Ear Health Centers or the Optician Stores in the Benefit Service Network from the address
www.benefitglobal.com or by reaching us from our Customer support center telephones 0212 285 25 25.
When you visit the Agreement Healthcare Center show your Benefit Card to the person in attendance. Before making your payment benefit from the savings that the Benefit Eye/Ear Protection Plan provides for you.
For optical products on the other hand, when you visit the store show your Benefit Card to the person in attendance. Then make your selection for your glass, lens, frame, ultraviolet protection etc. needs. Benefit from the savings that the Benefit Eye Protection Plan provides for you.

Monthly (12 Months) 7 YTL Including VAT; each family member added receives a 20% discount.
